Shipping Policy

  • All items are handmade and made to order. Standard processing time is 2-4 weeks. That includes the moment I receive your order to the when you receive it.

  • When placing your order, make sure you only add the weekend before your event! This is crucial so your order will get to you in time!

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will be able to track through my website, or I can send you tracking info through email.

  • Once the package has been shipped and is in the process of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged please file a claim directly to the shipping company. I am happy to provide information to help with your claim.

Return and Refunds

  • Due to items being custom made there are no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. If your order has been cancelled, we will let you know and issue a full refund.

Local Orders

  • For all the locals placed near me there is free pickup or a delivery fee depending on where you are located!

Partial Payments

  • If unable to make payment in full you can send me an email, from there we can figure out your order pay a deposit and then pay rest before shipping.
